Q: Do I have to begin the Program with Stage I?
Not at all. Once you start your trial, your physical stats (height, weight, body-fat, etc) will be calculated to determine whether you need to start with Stage I (cardio, no weights) or Stage II (cardio + weights).
Q: What is On-Demand Mobile Video-Messaging?
This is an extra support channel exclusive to members who purchase the entire program. It allows you and your trainer to leave video messages for one another 24/7, rather than having to wait for a scheduled a Consultation.
Q: Are there Vegan/Vegetarian options?
Meal Plans are designed so that you can eat what you like, regardless of your preferences or food restrictions. While all food groups are encouraged for maximum results, the program comes with over 100 all natural foods to choose from.
Q: Can I begin the Program with Stage III?
Stage III is an advanced workout regimen built for people who live an experienced, conditioned fitness lifestyle. It is the final step in the program, and designed for those who have completed Stage II.
Q: How do Consultations work?
Consultations are conducted via Skype, Google Hangouts, ooVoo or Telephone (U.S. only) and can be booked at no extra cost. You have the option to choose a Touchpoint Call to assess challenges in your progress, or a Live 1-on-1 Workout Session. All Consultations are 30 minutes.
